Overview

• Salary: Up to $100,000 USD total package (150k AUD / 170k NZD), inclusive of employer superannuation/pension or equivalent. Plus cost-of-living uplift of up to 25% in high-cost locations, and performance bonus.
• Contract: Full-time, permanent
• Reports to: Hugo Inglis, Managing Director
• Team: You will hire and manage an Operations Coordinator within your first six months.
• Location: Remote, global. Some overlap with APAC hours.

About Us

High Impact Athletes (HIA) was founded by Olympians to mobilise the sports community behind evidence-based giving. Our flagship platform, Race for Impact, runs in partnership with HYROX and turns racers into fundraisers for highly effective charities.

The scale: High Impact Athletes expects to raise $10M-$15M in donations this year. We raise these globally through athletes and sports. We work with over 450 pro athletes and Race For Impact is our flagship partnership with HYROX where we work across 70+ events in 15 countries, with hundreds of thousands of unique donors.

We are in growth mode and anticipate generating $25-100M annually for some of the best charities in the world.

The opportunity: The finance and operations function has outgrown its current part-time shape. We need a senior operator to build the institutional finance and ops function our organisation needs.
